Understanding Employee Personalities
Not all certified Transformation Lab instructors are also certified as Myers-Briggs instructors. However, we have found that when exploring team building processes and their organizational uses/consequences (as we do during a Lab Session), that also understanding personality issues can make teams more effective and guide team personnel assignments.

Because clients have seen this process aid our instructors in their fast-paced interaction with participants in Laboratory sessions, we are asked to also provide Myers-Briggs workshops and assessments, which we accommodate on a time available basis.

Below is our current list of special workshops.

• Work Group Assessment
  Review and discussion of individual Myers-Briggs assessments within a work group and delineation of potential issues and working relationship opportunities.

  Personal assessment and coaching regarding optimal relationships and potential issues.
