 Realia Group delivers a microworld/business simulation/learning laboratory within which you can explore the implications of your strategic efforts. Our lab exercises draw-out the "mental models" of participants, assess whether they can achieve corporate goals of sustainability, CSR, quality, etc. and dynamically explore systemic changes needed to achieve success. Your experience creates "future memories" of what is possible.

Decisions made during our Lab sessions are traced to their impact on income statement, balance sheet and environmental & social measures to facilitate organizational learning. Knowledge is THE critical corporate asset today.

 The Lab exists in multiple formats for a variety of audiences and purposes from corporate to university. Through systems thinking approaches, lifecycle management, and quality tools it builds individual skills, successful teams and powerful strategies.
